The inception of Lexington Realty stemmed from a natural progression of events. I happened into real estate after purchasing and selling a couple of investment properties, both of which netted very strong profits. I realized then that I had a keen eye for recognizing solid properties. I also realized that sound investments require sound strategy. For this reason the Lexington Realty team adamantly stays current with market trends, while finding viable, out-of-the-box real estate solutions to buffer harsh economic down-turns. This requires being a straight-shooter with my clients and not making any promises I can’t keep. It also requires bringing buyers and sellers together, building consensus, and ultimately getting the property sold with as little hassle as possible.
